Return and Refund Policy
At Sughati, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the item. Once we verify the defect or damage with our quality assurance team, we will dispatch a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. Kindly ensure that the original product tag and packaging are available before sending us the defective product.
Please note that our return policy does not cover bulk or corporate orders.
Cancellation of Order:
If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so at any time before dispatch. Simply write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your order number in the subject line.
We accept refunds only in the case where the product received is damaged, expired, or out of stock, and a replacement is not possible. Refunds will be initiated based on your mode of payment. For online orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer of funds to your account. For cash-on-delivery orders, one of our representatives will contact you to obtain your banking details for the refund process. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Refund via UPI is not encouraged, but in rare scenarios, it may be done only when a bank transfer is not possible. If a UPI-based refund is initiated, we will transfer the refund amount to your registered mobile phone number.
Compliance with Laws:
Buyers are required to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, the Customs Act, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976, the Income Tax Act, 1961, and the Export Import Policy of the government of India, while using our payment facility and website.
Buyer’s Arrangement with Issuing Bank:
All valid credit/debit/cash cards and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure. The terms and conditions agreed between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company govern such transactions.
Sughati does not take responsibility or liability for the actions, products, content, and services on the Website, which are linked to affiliates and/or third-party websites using Website APIs or otherwise. Additionally, the Website may provide links to third-party websites of our affiliated companies and certain other businesses. Sughati assumes no responsibility for examining or evaluating the products and services offered by these entities. We do not endorse any third-party website or its content.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
